We are familiar with both JCT Minor Works and IFC84 Intermediate and Prime Cost forms of contract and fully comply with the construction design and management regulations. Generally we use directly employed labour for site operations, but Fullers also work closely with a number of highly skilled specialist sub contractors who are able to carry out electrical, plumbing, roofing, architectural and structural metalworks and most other trades involved in construction activities. Specialists are chosen primarily for their quality of work but their performance and attention to Health and Safety issues are also monitored closely.
